The terms and conditions under this heading relate to the promotional offer run by Vodafone which will be offered to customers, the “Discover You offer”. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services together with our third party partners listed below and form part of your contract with us. By deciding to avail of the Discover You Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. For non-users of Vodafone, customers must be aged 16-25 to use the Discover You Platform. They must enter their details to the online form and be opted in to Vodafone marketing. Once the customer has met the above conditions, , they will receive a code and can choose to book a reward via the My Vodafone app or www.vodafonex.ie.
  2. For users for Vodafone, customers must be signed up to Vodafone X and have topped up their mobile by €20 in the last 28 days and be opted in to Vodafone marketing. Once the customer has met the above conditions, they will receive a code and can choose to book a reward via the My Vodafone app or www.vodafonex.ie.
  3. Customers who qualify for the Discover You Offer will receive an SMS with their login code up to 14 days following the top up and they will be able to claim through www.vodafonex.ie landing page. Information on redemption will be outlined on the microsite.
  4. The Discover You courses are offered on a first come, first served basis.
  5. The Discover You Offer is available to eligible Vodafone mobile customers on IOS or Android smartphones through the My Vodafone app and microsite. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  6. Customers must be opted into receiving marketing communications from Vodafone to receive an SMS with a code.
  7. Offer gives the redeemer access to rewards including booking studio spaces or online courses subject to availability.
  8. Completion of booking spaces and courses occurs through third party partners, you must agree to the third party partner’s terms and conditions in order to complete the booking. They can be found on the third party partner websites, the names of the partners are listed below.
  9. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and/or to vary or amend any element.
  10. Vodafone reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions for valid commercial, technical or operational reasons.
  11. Only one login code can be used per customer, per 28 days.
  12. Login codes cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to already booked spaces.
  13. Login code is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.
  14. There will be no reissue or reimbursement for any lost or void login code.
  15. Once the login code has been validated, customer has 28 days to choose a course. The login code will expire after 28 days.
  16. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  3. How do I book a free studio space or online course?

    It’s easy - pop in your Vodafone X login code* on the homepage, choose a studio space or online course that piques your interest, and request a booking. Like anything, there are a limited number of spaces and courses available, but we’re always renewing them so keep checking back each month to see what else might have opened up to discover.

    *(Your login code is valid for 28 days from when you receive it, for one studio slot or online course, subject to availability)

  4. I’m a Vodafone X customer but I don’t have a login code. What do I do?

    If you are a Vodafone X customer, are over 18 have topped up by €20 in 28 days and have opted in to marketing communications, you should have received a code. If you meet the eligibility requirements but haven’t received a text and would like a code, click here to let us know and we will send you out a new code. Or you can opt in to marketing communications now through the MyVodafone App.

  5. Am I eligible to book a free studio space or online course?

    You are eligible if you’ve been an active Vodafone X customer for the last month or longer, are over the age of 18, have opted in to marketing communications from Vodafone and have topped up to reactivate your plan by €20 or more.

  6. I’m not a Vodafone X customer — how can I get access to these free courses and studio spaces?

    To get access — and loads more brilliant benefits like unlimited data, weekend calls, offers and rewards, and the amazing coverage you get on Ireland’s best mobile network — make the switch to Vodafone X for just €20 top up every 28 days. Once you’ve switched and you meet the eligibility requirements (detailed above), you’ll get your login code and you’re ready to discover away.

  7. I requested a booking in a studio space. What happens next?

    Great! Check your emails for a message from us about next steps, and a response from the studio space you’ve requested about booking in your slot*.

    *(Please note, once you start the booking process with the space provider you’re dealing exclusively with them, not with Vodafone X. The spaces and courses we offer here are managed by external providers, they are not proprietary Vodafone X products or services.)

  8. What should I bring to the session I’ve booked?

    That depends on the type of space it is. If you have any questions, please email the space provider directly and ask them. If in doubt, or if you need any special equipment, bring it along to your session once your booking has been confirmed.

  9. I requested a booking in a studio space but haven’t heard back from them. What should I do?

    In this case, please contact the space provider directly and include your login code, the email address you used to request the booking, and the name of the studio space itself. It’s more than likely an oversight on their behalf so just pop them a message to double-check.

  10. What should I do if I’m asked to pay for the space?

    You shouldn’t be asked to pay for anything you book through this site. Please let the space provider know that you booked through Vodafone X and have your login code handy in case they need to double-check.

  11. I booked an online course. What happens next?

    Exciting! Check your emails for a message from us about next steps. It will contain a voucher code along with info on how to redeem your course.
